Walk And Talk

Physical activity and access to nature have both been scientifically proven to have profound positive effects on the human psyche. Not only do recent studies suggest that this form of off-site therapy can be beneficial to well-being (Johansson et al. 2011), we have also found that some adults and children prefer to walk side by side with their therapist than to be seated during sessions.

Our location on the Costa del Sol offers an ideal year-round opportunity to combine therapy with the great outdoors. With over 300 days of sunshine per year, our sessions can take place in a variety of locations, from peaceful trails through the mountainous Spanish countryside to quiet early-morning walks along the sprawling coastline and the Mediterranean.

Our off-site therapy treatments are also centered around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and with a guided meditation at the end of the Walk-Talk sessions.
